You will be assigned a personal Virtual Assistant who will handle your monthly package needs. Should you wish to scale up your monthly package, we reserve the right to add an additional Hero to your team, or transition you to a new Hero who has the capacity to take on more hours per month. All team members will be trained on your specific needs to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
No. All of our Virtual Assistants at AdminHeroes work remotely from their own work space. Should you wish to have your Hero come to your office for a meeting, training or other special request, it will be at the discretion of your Hero and availability may vary.
While your Hero will make phone calls for your business/personal needs, we do not offer incoming call coverage for your business.
Upon package initiation, you will be shared two Google documents; a Time Log and a File Summary to track your Hero’s work. At the end of each day your assistant will update these documents with the time spent and a brief description of what tasks were completed along with any necessary notes. These documents will be brought to your attention at the end of each week as an update on time spent. You will also receive an additional notification should you approach the max hours for your package before the end of the month.
Although our packages are for hours spread across the entire month, it is assumed they will be spread relatively evenly across each week (eg. 40 hours per month would be spread in 8, 9 or 10 hours each week). Should you exhaust your allotment before the end of the month, you may approach your Hero about adding additional hours to the remaining days of the month. Additional hours are at the discretion of your assigned Virtual Assistant and will be charged at a rate of $25 per hour at the end of the month.
