Includes 40 hours per month of personal or business-related tasks including:

  • Inbox management - assistant can either maintain a company email address under their name and respond to forwarded emails or when they’re tagged in, or monitor your inbox and reply/flag items as necessary (or both)
  • Scheduling and calendar management - coordinating meetings, scheduling events and meetings, moving appointments as necessary
  • Office management - ordering supplies, groceries/snacks, office supplies, and other office essentials
  • Ongoing team communication - being available to other team members via company email address, and using communication tools including Slack (during business hours)
  • Research
  • Assisting with booking travel and reservations
  • Arranging shipping and couriers

Includes 80 hours per month of personal or business-related tasks including:
